Information for families

Frequently asked questions

What schools ask us most

How far in advance should we book?

For trips by plane, 6 to 9 months ahead: there are more group seats and better prices. By train or coach, 3 or 4 months is usually enough. Some visits, such as the Spanish Parliament or the Alhambra, must be booked well in advance.

How are payments organised?

A first payment on confirmation, then instalments per student until departure. The schedule is in the information pack so every family knows what to pay and when.

What happens if a student can't travel?

It depends on the date and the services booked. In the quote we explain the cancellation fees and the insurance option that covers them.

What documents do students need?

A valid ID card or passport, health card and the signed consent form. For trips outside Spain, minors also need the travel authorisation for travel abroad issued by the Police or Guardia Civil, plus the European Health Insurance Card.

Can you help us fund the trip?

Yes: we prepare numbered raffle tickets for you to sell around the school community. Please check the raffle regulations in your autonomous community.

Shall we plan your school's trip?

Tell us the year group, number of students and teachers, and approximate dates. We'll confirm receipt the same day and send you the per-student quote as soon as our suppliers confirm availability and price.
